dude that benchmark is really old!!
atleast give this one to people http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/AMD/Catalyst_12.11_P...
and your link is out of stock too!!
back to the orignal ques
as u can see at 1200p it gives 40fps!!
so if u can get a 7850 it will be better but a 650ti will give u 30FPS at 1080p 4xAA too
yes that means you will get atleast 10% more fps because of the drivers either way he will get atleast 30-40 fps either way ...
the only reason to get a nvidia card is basically the AA and other features that nvidia only handles.. physX is also a example, if he wants max fps he will get a AMD card that will give him the potential to run it with maximum fps...
either one is good but if he wants fps ... he'll get the AMD..
yep I have 2 PC and tested both GT240 DDR 5 and 5670 DDR 5 on this following system !
core i5 @2.88 GHZ
ram @ 2 GB ddr3
HD 5670- 10-15 FPS in boston
GT 240 - 30+ FPS in boston
I know HD 5670 > GT 240 but HD 5670 fails at every new drivers !
consider that I have 1 PC and 1 GPU HD 5670 and friends GT 240 . GT 240 which performs faster on newer games like AC 3 than HD 5670 which is greater than Gt 240 so I think I ll be better with getting GTX 650 ti ?Again what do you say should I get the hd 7850 or gtx 650 ti?..... I am still confused & also I dont trust ATI anymore
u r not giving full info!!!
ac3 is cpu dependent too! and not a good console port.
5670>210 dosent matter what u say!
and between 650ti and 7850.
7850 will win by a HUGE margin.
i dont want to argure about 5670 and 210 bcoz i know 5670 is better.
if u want to be a fanboy and get 650 ti get it but
7850 is better.
