Capped at 60 fps on dayz very low

Im on game that has a cool mod called DayZ. When im on very high i get around 50-60 fps. When i put everything on very low it just stays at 60 fps and it won't go above 60 fps. Please help!

V-sync is the culprit, it's used to stop screen tearing. Turn it off in catalyst center if you want.
