Suggested GPU Upgrade for ZT 7618Mi?

Hi,

So I'm looking to get a new graphics card for my rig (specs here: http://www.ztsystems.com/default.aspx?tabid=1239&productid=28095). I realize that my PSU is a little underpowered for a new GPU, and I'm willing to purchase something better if it's really necessary, but ideally I'd like a card which is confirmed to work on my system in its PCI-E x16 port. Any specific suggestions or ideas?
