Will my system handle an amd 7770?

I changed the stock psu to a 420w and I was wondering if this was good enough to handle an amd Radeon 7770 -www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161402

Any help is greatly appreciated.

It should. The HP is an A8 APU but the PCIe3.0 7770 will work on a PCe 2.0/2.1 motherboard.

Check the specific card power requirements and then look at your power supply and see if it will support that maximum amperage draw.
