How to control internet access on a router to particular systems

in office we have a broadband internet to 6 systems one router .I want to control the partcular system internet

Just guessing based on the question, as its a bit tough to understand what you are asking. If you want to control who can access the internet the simplest way is to setup mac filtering on the router. Basically you would add the mac addresses of the machines you want to have access and nothing else would be able to connect.
