Reboot loop graphics card

Hi everyone,

About a month ago, I experienced a random series of reboot loops. After a little finagling, I removed my graphics card and the loop stopped.

Specifically, the loop happened during the Windows logo stage of start up. I've had no problems since removing my graphics card but I'm finally in a position to fix it (been moving around a lot during the past month).

I'm wondering whether it is the graphics card or the power supply (or some other component issue). Thanks in advance!
