Which one is better and is it worth the extra £30 for the 2gb version and should i also get the "Asus GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1gb" instead for the same price as the "2gb gtx 650"??

If you plan on muti monitor setup then get the 2GB.. also post a link to the graphics cards.... because if its a Ti vs a normal one I would get the normal one.

Yes, you should get the 650 ti, even with the 650 at 2GB/3,4,6,etc, the 650 ti is much better, the 650 is too weak to take advantage of the 2GB.
So get the 650 ti.

Go for gtx 650ti it is far better than gtx 650 and it will able to handle games upto 1600*900 res.

Your game will turn into a laggy mess far before 2GB of memory is used, because:

The GTX650 is just too weak, if it needs 2GB, even if it can get it, the processors and raster units can't keep up with that much memory processing.

The GTX650's 128-bit bandwidth means memory use is severely limited, therefore if 2GB is needed it will be utilized very slowly.

I agree the 650Ti is the better option and the better value of the two cards. Gaming wise its a pretty large leap up from the 650 to the 650Ti. Especially when you take a look at the cuda core count. 768/384

Also I agree with dark, if you went with a 2 gigabyte card it would be better spent on a GTX660.
