Hello, can anyone provide me with info on RJ45 patch panel wiring standards. Is there an Australian standard that specifies exposed cable pairs be not more than 13mm at termination point (RJ45) wiring cat cable?

The exact standards depends on the cable type and the speed you need. Standards for CAT6 and gigabit speeds is stricter that CAT5 and 100Mbps speed.
