Is my gpu dead

crucia m4 128 gb
Asus 6950

I just woke up in the morning and pushed the power button but no post no signal in screen.I tried the cmos reset, jumper reset unpluged everything nothing worked.Also my gpu fans bumped to 100% at the beggining.Is my gpu fried?It was overcloked 850 and it worked like this for a year.

Try integrated graphics if you have it on your cpu. If that works your gpu is probably fried. If not, its something else
