I've just bought a 60gb hard drive, installed it in the case, wired it up with my existing one, but the bios autodetect won't detect it!!!

WHY!! I've done everything the instructions say. It's a Seagate, and when I run Discwizard2000, it finds it and says to you want to set it up. I make the changes to my CMOS, but it still doesn't find it.

please help.
