Nvidia graphics card not receiving sufficient power

Hello,
i've had a Nvidia 9600GT graphics card in my computer for 3+ years and never had an issue with it but when i booted up my pc today i got a "Nvidia Graphics card is not receiving sufficient power" warning. I've never got one of these before and i'm a little concerned. What would suddenly cause that?

More about nvidia graphics card receiving sufficient power
  1. powersupply going bad, motherboard going bad, gpu going bad. Could be any of those but I listed them in order from most probable to least. Some electronics age and get weak, like capacitors, and eventually need replacing.
  2. What make and model is your power supply?
