Antec 400w, Yay or Nay?

Ive been wanting to upgrade my ps for some time, right now I have a generic 300w ps, and was looking at a 400w antec ps. Ive got an OCed XP 1700, 6 fans, a DVD & CD-R, 2 HDs and all my expansion slots are full.

So yay or nay? these forums have been a lot of help, so I figure I would ask.

Antec is good, but Enermax is another brand you would probably want to look into.

Just bought this PS from CompUSA for $60 after rebates. This is my first Antec so I can't speak from experiance but I've seen what cheap PS's can do to expensive components.

I get the PSU on Sunday for 50 dollars after rebate from CompUSA. The AD shows 20 rebate but there is only a $10 rebate. The manager give me a 10 refund. Maybe you can talk to the manager and get a 10 refund too.

I have the Antec 400w (model 403) in my wife's p3 system. It's been very stable
for the last 14 months.
And as said, CompUSA has a good price this week.
