are both compatible with my motherboard asrock z77 extreme4?
  4. Yes, perfectly compatible, that motherboard supports SLI, so you can put in there two 660 ti if you want to.
  5. Get ASUS or MSI one with 2 fans. Way better cooling, but they cost a little more.
  6. can either of them run farcry 3 on max settins when paired with an i5 3570k processor
  7. Look at benchmarks online, and difference in card manufacturers has no effect on how the game runs unless they have different clocks. Chips are the same.

The i5-3570k doesn't bottleneck the card, and both will have about the same performance, the other card has a dual cooling system, it might be better in terms of temperatures.

See here for the 660 ti performance : http://static.techspot.com/articles-info/615/bench/1920_02.png

The asus card is now too much expensive, here's an updated list :

  9. will the MSI N660Ti PE 2GD5 GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card work with the asrock z77 extreme4 motherboard? im getting this one becauese it comes with a borderlands 2 free copy
  10. nv mind. u already suggested it. but does anybody know when the deal with the free copy of borderlands 2 ends?
  11. I have no idea, when the deal ends, the msi 660 ti PE is perfectly compatible with your board, you can put two in there.
