SLI 2x GTX 560TI 1GB OR OC CPU?

Alright so I'm debating if I use my money and buy one more EVGA GTX560TI 1GB or should I use the money to buy an aftermarket CPU cooler and OC my 3570K.

I'm probably going to buy the GTX560TI used for around 150ish.

Which route will benefit me more?

I'll be playing mostly Metro,COD,Sleeping Dogs, Max Payne 3. on 1920x1080... shooter games mostly.

Buying a second card will benefit you more as you are mainly planning to game on the system.
Overclocking the CPU will affect very little even with a cooler.
