60 FPS on 60 HZ Monitor & horizontal screen tearing

i'm trying to run a game (league of legends) on borderless with aero disabled (for streaming purposes) but i'm experiencing some horizontal screen tearing. vsync is on and my graphic drivers are up to date (310.90 nvidia whql). What is the problem?

It is true that you can notice 60fps on 60hz monitor.when your fps is more than refresh rate then you should turn vsync- on in games.

i dont know what you're asking. my vsync is forced on in nvidia's control panel and the naked human eye can't detect more than 60 fps

Screen Tearing occurs when your games reaches more Frames Per Second than your Display can Show (Hz)

So your fps crosses 60 and your Monitor Input is limited to 60Hz.
So Screen Tearing occurs.

How to Solve it?
Just go to Nvidia Panel and Apply Adaptive V-Sync.

Just Google how to Apply it.

i have had it applied in nvidiainspector. this doesn't solve the problem. i still experience screen tearing @ 60 fps with vsync forced on with (adaptive) vsync tear control.

let me remind that aero is disabled so i believe hardware acceleration is not on.
