Hi,

This has been an issue in the past but got it resolved eventually. Upgraded from an EVGA GTX 550ti to a HD 7950 Boost.
I have a 23" Samsung LED monitor, and it isnt getting a signal from my computer. tried reinstalling drivers for the monitor. Tried another cable (2 DVI cables) and tried another monitor and the other monitor worked fine. Used a friends 21" Dell LCD and it worked perfectly. If I have to I will be trading with him because mine works fine on his computer (some Lenovo POS) but would REALLY rather not. I have no idea whats going on here and no idea how to fix it. Please HELP!

Specs:
Intel i5 2500k with CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo push/pull (OC to 4.4 Ghz)
MSI Z77-G45
Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 with Boost (OC to 1100/1425)
8Gb Corsair Vengance 1600
Ultra LSP 650 PSU
System drive Samsung 840 Series 120GB SSD
23" Samsung LED

I have flashed the latest BIOS and made sure all MB drivers are up to date. and ive removed and replaced the card numerous times, and ive even tried switching in the bios to the onboard graphics and get the same results whether using the card or on board. :-(

I tried popping my old card (the 550ti) and once i installed the drivers for that card the monitor came on. Now i know that a monitor should come on no matter what just crappy resolutions without drivers. But with the 7950 after driver install it still doesnt work. So, i think I've narrowed it down to a driver issue? and I don't know what to do next.
