Graphics card help

Hello, i need to upgrade my graphics card. i have an older hp a6030n i had a geforce gt 220 before it went bad. looking at a gt610. is this too much for this pc? thks

Youl be fine, if anything, the gt610 uses less power than the gt220.

No it is not. your PC can handle the card just fine.
A word of advice, the GTS610 is a really crappy card you better go for HD 7770(TDP 75watts) or HD 7750(TDP 45watts)

Both those GPUs (the 220 and the 610) are rather low-end cards. If you're just doing basic stuff and need something to power the screen they're fine. The 610 is actually weaker than the 220.

Can you use integrated graphics on the motherboard on that PC?

7750 or 7770 both have low profile editions

Get at least the 7750 or GT 640 if you want to play games

GPU's a bit more expensive here in Iraq. I'm sorry, but do you have a problem with that?
