Hello,
Ive been having connection problems lately, where my internet becomes terribly slow, but is fine after i reconnect it for about 30 seconds. I have been to many pages explaining this, a few leading me to find out what was wrong, but not how to fix it.
So basically, I dont know much about the computers, but in one of the tutorials, i had to type ipconfig /registerdns into the command prompt. This said to check the event viewer. This is the message that I got
"The IP address lease 192.168.1.107 for the Network Card with network address 0xB8AC6FCD89B3 has been denied by the DHCP server 192.168.1.1 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message)."
If anyone could help me out with this, it would be great.

(I am running on windows 7 also)

Any chance you have manually added an IP address to your network card?
If an address has benn added manually, click "Obtain IP Address Automatically" from your network card settings.
Try doing a "Repair", that will renew your settings and try to re-connect.
