Sapphire hd6950

guys i got these problem just a while!
i edited the bios of my new hd6950 to unlock it ot hd6970
it was successful indeed, but i got this issue
gpu-z shows the clock as 250mhz only
and its mem is only at 500
4 rops and the bandwidth is toolow below 50's

i tries to flash it back but i got this error
"cannot erase rom"
in DOS " adopter not found"

the card is not dead im still using it
