660 ti gpu clock is staying at 535 mhz?

This video card was running bf3 at 1000-1100 MHz boost clock a week ago, but now it won't go past 535 under full load. Can someone help me with this, the 660 ti minimal is like 900 Mhz. I'm getting terrible frame rate now. Here's a kombuster screenshot of a benchmark today that was getting 30-40 fps when I installed the card a few weeks ago. http://tinypic.com/r/25k3lh5/6

Could be a driver or power supply issue. Do you have the latest driver? Can you list the rest of your PC specs as well?

It was a power issue I figured it out shortly after posting this, one of the 6 pin power connectors came loose. Thanks for the help though.
