Best Cheap Graphics Card for Gaming

Hey,
I'm looking for a cheap graphics card (100-200 euros(around 100 would be best)) to play the new released games like Black Ops 2, Crysis 3 and the not newly released Battlefield 3 on high or ultra Graphics.
Currently I'm experiencing lag on low settings Black Ops 2 and around Medium on Battlefield...
I'm not really sure why because some youtubers played Battlefield 3 on "Ultra" graphics and had 60 fps. For me, it lags and is hardly playable as soon as I go over "low".
Could you either tell me if something is wrong or recommend a good, cheap graphics card? Cause I just bought mine... :/

Thanks in advance! :)
Here's the specs:

Specs:
- Monitor is 22" 1920x1080 and a second 16" 1280x1024
- CPU: Intel COre i5 3570K quad-core @3,40 GHz
- Current GPU: Inno3D GeForce GT 630 4GB
- RAM: 8 GB (2x4GB)
- Drives: 64 GB SSD, 1 TB HDD
- Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-M
- Powersupply: 650W

For you should get gtx 660 or hd 7870.forget about crysis 3 to maxout to get 60fps.for crysis 3 gtx 680 and hd 7970 needed.

I just tryed Crysis 3 Beta with my current Graphics Card and even on all "low" settings it wasn't playable.. I could hardly see where I was going due to the lag...

It's quite expensive BUT is it good enough to play Black Ops 2 or Battlefield 3 on full "Ultra" settings and 1080p? Coz then I'd pay that price...

Black Ops 2 yes...Battlefield 3 on ultra no...then your talking an overclocked 670 or a GTX 680...never the less you could probably come close with 660ti just turn some of the eye candy down a little

Hahaha :D  I'm just not sure if the GTX 660 2GB or that one is better... I just bought my current one and noticed how bad it is and I don't wanna do the same mistake again :p

it does beat the vanilla 660 in 3DMark.....and thats the standard 7850,the double D 7850 is a faster card..... ;)  ......Oops I read that wrong the 7870 beats out the 660

here's a comparison of the regular 7850 vs several other cards..... http://community.futuremark.com/hardware/gpu/AMD+Radeon...

that 785A sure does have some killer cooling built into it
