Can i run these games with this build?

Hi im chase and im wondering if this build will be able to run skyrim, far cry 3, or arma 2 at medium to high settings. I plan on building this myself so i thought i would ask the community. My budget is $500 btw

-DVD Drive- Black SATA 24X DVD Burner

Everything looks fine, though I would change the CPU to either FX 4300 or FX 6300. Make sure to get the 2 GB version of Radeon 7850, all 3 games tend to use more than 1 GB of vram at 1920x1080.

IF you go by my advice then I'm 100% sure you will be good to go.

pretty most games i play on med to high
