MSI 660TI Power Ed. bottlenecked by i5-650/i5-670/i5-750?

Hello.
My little brother is interested in upgrading his GPU and it seems like he fell in love with the MSI 660Ti Power Ed.
Having no knowledge of his CPU (can't remember if it was i5-750, i5-650 or i5-670) i couldn't say for sure if it would bottleneck that GPU.
Anyone more familiar with it?
