I was not sure whether I should put this in the Memory are of the forums or the GPU area, but I guess since this has had a bigger effect on my GPU I figured that I'd put it here...

So, I have just installed a pair of 2GB (4GB) RAM to upgrade from my previous 2GB, and after my computer started up I noticed my resolution has reset. Upon my computer having fully loaded I headed straight for the Nvidia driver settings, but it errored on me and said that it didn't detect any Nvidia hardware.

I checked the device manager and the graphics card wasn't listed, not even the drop down bar for GPUs was there. Although checking on CPUID CPU-Z it did list my graphics card being there.

My graphics card is an Nvidia Geforce GTX 460 and is running on a 500W PSU
My CPU is an Intel Pentium E2140 1.6Ghz Dual core.

And Fyi, power is being fed into the GPU, the fans are working and my monitor is currently hooked up to it.

Did you by change plug the PCI-e power into the card? And also did you make sure your new RAM is the same identical RAM you had in the beggining ?
