Code 43 error nvidia geforce 650M in HP pavillion

My 6 month old HP Pavillion 6dv was receiving code 43 error for graphics card. One of the tech managers forwarded this internal note. FYI HP doesn't know how to resolve and neither does nvidia.

Scope: dv6t/dv7t-7000/7200
Issue:
In some cases updating to BIOS F.13/F.22 results in NVIDIA graphics adapter to become non-functional. In device manager it will show Code 43. System Reset will not resolve this.
Capture for this issue being completed but looking for more.
Possible Resolution :
If available launch into F2 UEFI Diagnostics, go to BIOS Management and run a BIOS Rollback.
Document current BIOS, BIOS being rolled back to and if this resolved issue.
If not, setup service.
