Graphics Card for 1080i at 59.94 hz

I'm looking for a graphics card with dual DVI or HDMI outputs, both of which can output 1920x1080i at 59.94 hz

Basically I'm outputting the screen to an HDMI to SDI converter for a television broadcast and they are very specific on their 1080i at 59.94 hz and I'm stumped. I've done a fair amount of googling and testing and so far haven't found anything the clearly says it can do what I'm looking for.

I believe the GTX 670 has that...though I'm sure you could find something way cheaper. My 660ti doesn't...
