Image question

Whenever I open an image with Windows image viewer, it opens beneath the parent folder instead of on top. Is there a setting I'm missing here?

goto folder options and restore defaults in the 3 options tabs.

Nope...still does it.

Too many clicks? If you have it set to single click and you double-click, then the 2nd click will be taken before the image app loads, keeping the parent folder in the foreground. And since the OS will not take focus from an "active" window, it will be open in the background.
