This is my first build and after allot of discussion mainly on this site I have been told to go with the 7870Le from power color. It will be paired with an AMD 8350 and a Gigabyte 990fx mobo. So my question is since everywhere seems to be sold out (which makes me think it has to be a good card) should I wait a few days and spend the extra money for the 7870Le or just get something like a sapphire 7870GHz edition that comes OC'd? Also there are a few cards I noticed with a much higher stream processor count but lower core clock, for example:

SAPPHIRE 100354XTL Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card
Chipset Manufacturer: AMD
Core Clock: 925MHz
Boost Clock: 975MHz
Stream Processors: 1536 Stream Processors

and

MSI R7870 Twin Frozr 2GD5/OC Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
Chipset Manufacturer: AMD
Core Clock: 1050MHz
Stream Processors: 1280 Stream Processors
Effective Memory Clock: 1200MHz (4.8Gbps)

Which is better and does this matter?

Honestly, the Tahiti LE 7870 outperforms all regular Pitcairn 7870s in games and benchmarking, but those MSI and Sapphire cards look like they have far superior cooling, which makes for better OC. I don't know if a strong OC might make up for the performance difference.

The prices are about the same but I think Sapphire is always a bit more expensive. I would say go for the Twin Frozr.
