Wireless router traffic monitor

Hello,

I have, I think, a question with a simple answer.

I own an apartment building and have about 10 tenants that use the wireless router. At times is gets slow, and appears to be caused by a tenant "overusing" the router by gaming.

Is there any very simple monitor that would show, possibly over time the percentage of use: e.g.

-----
February 26, 2012; 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Bob 5%
Fred 10%
Bill 85%
-----

If not names, then some computer ID code.

This seems like a very commong problem that others may also have.
