What is the cheapest setup for running microsoft flight sim x with full graphics

I've had several computers to run flight sim x and am always told that this next one could run the game with graphics and AI maxed out no problem. Its never true without horrible lag. Currios what a realistic setup to get would be to run this. Being an older game I assumed the newer desktops could handle it fine. Directx 9 game for goodness sake.

A core I3-3220, 8 gb of ram and a GTX 650 ti should run this game on max setting without any problem.
