Uninstall your Webcam Central....go into Control Panel...Device manager/Imagaing Devices and uninstall your webcam

Download Dell files R216115 and R230103 (Driver and new Webcam Central) from the following links then run them

You need to download the webcam driver from the proper website. Before downloading the driver you need to check whether it is compatible with your current system’s set-up. And you need to install latest driver software. Otherwise you could not get the advanced features. After downloading the set-up file you need to run it. Thereby, you could easily install driver in your system.
