Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown?

Hello,
i am using windows 7 32 bit.
configurations are:
4gb ram 1333 mhz
nvidia graphics gainward geforce 210 1gb
core i3 2100@3.10 ghz
now the problem is:
it suddenly restarts and states reason as windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown
the additional details are as below:

there are three probable causes that may be causing your computer to shutdown:

1. You are infected with a virus (try malwarebytes full scan (hopefully your computer wont shut down during the scan and if it does, restart it and press F8 or delete and go into safe mode w/networking and start the scan again.

2. Hardware connected to your computer might need to be disconnected and then reconnected. So, disconnect wireless devices like game pads, wireless camera, mice, and keyboards (use a standard mouse and keyboard during removal) before restarting your pc, turn it off and then turn it back on

3. If you dont have a virus, an incompatible program may be causing the computer to shutdown. You should notice that your computer shuts down when the program is active or when you open the program
