i wouldnt run a 7870 and an fx6300 off a 430w psu, especially with the OC on the CPU. Get a 500-550w unit for that. You could probably shave some dollars by getting a cheaper motherboard, just a single slot pcie is fine, crossfire is a waste of time and effort. The way i think about motherboards in cheap builds is, you can spend more to get a board that will OC the cpu better, or just get a cheaper board and get a better cpu in the first place. A 7850 should work well with your monitor resolution.

7870 would perform better when you tend to play on a 1080p but a 7850 once overclock can also reach a performance of a 7950 at stock. but with your setup i suggest getting the 7850 is enough.
