Hi

We have a 6822 with a broken Keypad/Left Hand Keyboard.

I want to return it for warranty repair but the user wants to erase his
Phone Book from the memory before he releases it.

To erase all the Phone Book you are required to enter the default security
code of "12345"

Guess which keys aren't working!

Is there any way to do a hardware reset that would erase everything that
doesn't require the use of the numbers on the keypad or the left hand
keyboard?
