Problems with crossfire

Hello, I am having a problem with cross firing 2 amd 7750's. When ever I enable crossfire i seem to drop in frames and preformence when I should be increasing. Here are the links to my mother board, processor and graphics card. Im not huge on computers but let me know if there anything else you need to know. Just trying to figure out why crossfire isnt working properly

Are you its an GPS loss? It may just be microstutter it can look like a lower framerate. Use Fraps to test.

I have tested with fraps and i drop about 20 frames.

Okay, now ive restarted my computer after all that and with crossfire enabled i jump around frames from like 30-60. When cross fireing i dont get any increase in anything. Thats what im trying to figure out
