What Graphics card will get me higher fps on games like Farcry 3:

I was wondering as the first one has less MHz but 3gb but the other has 2gb with more Mhz

The 7950 will be far better; You can't just pay attention to clock speeds or the memory (which anything over 2GBs on 1080p is overkill), but also the stream processors. While the 7870 has a higher clock speed, it has far less stream processors, making it overall perform worse than the 7950. Also, were you to get a 7950, you could overclock quite a bit for a little more performance.
