GTA IV Hybrid Crossfire not compatible?

I recently paired my a6-3650 with a 6670 and see no performance boost with a ENB (visual mod) installed. Is there a problem with the 6670?

The thing with GTA IV is that is very CPU bound which means that where you may have an easier time with graphically intense moments its very taxing on the CPU. And your CPU as it may be a quad core isn't the strongest CPU. So I would point to that as your bottleneck to better performance.Thank You.
