3) What games will you play?
4) What resolution will you be gaming at?
5) What is the rest of the parts (CPU, Ram, PSU)

that is a tight budget, probably you'll get a radeon HD7750:

the performance of both cards aren't That different. What is your PSU BTW.

Try to find an extra 20 USD and get the HD 7770 or 650 Ti, it will considerably improve your experience and will also be able to run more demanding games in the future.
