Eyefinity 3 resolution problem?

I have a Samsung S27B350H display and am thinking about getting 2 more. I have a 7970 that's liquid cooled and oc'ed a good bit so shouldn't be an issue powering this setup. However, the native resolution is 1920x1080 and I want to know if this is going to make a huge difference from three 27" monitors that have a native resolution of 2560x1440 ? As it stands just one right now, I feel the quality is pretty darn good but I'm not sure how it will look in eyefinity. Rig is used for work stuff but more intensely for gaming... Borderlands 2, CS GO, Skyrim, BF3, Black Ops 2, Dirt 3, and occasionally WOW or SWTOR.

I would prefer not to replace my current display since I just got it about 6 months ago but if it is going to make a significant difference from a higher res then maybe. Any help is much appreciated.

A 7970 will power an eyefinity setup just fine (with 1080p monitors). You may not be able to run everything at max settings, but high settings will generally run with playable fps. Going to 2560x1440 screens will make a big difference though and I would suggest running crossfire for that resolution if you wanted to go that route.
