Hello,
My daughter's computer is locked up up. When you turn it on it flashes the Dell logo screen then goes to this message:
Intel UNDI, PXE-2.1 (build 083)
Copyright (C) 1997-2000 Intel Corporation

This Product is covered by one or more of the following patents:
US5, 307, 459, US5, 434, 872, US5, 732, 094, US6, 570, 884, US6, 115, 776 and
US6, 327, 625

Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller Series v1.19 (08/10/09).

It is a Dell Inspiron N5010. I have run the diagnostics and everything passes however I don't understand the boot order.

Any help would be appreciated. We have replaced the hard drive 2 times already and the warranty ran out 20 days ago.

Thank you,
Kim

This could be a HDD related issue.
When was the HDD changed the last time?
Did you try re-installing Windows with your disks?

I had a similar issue. One was because my HDD had failed completely due to numerous bad sectors. And another time, because the Data cable was not plugged in properly.
