HIS HD 4670 not working properly

Hi here is my specs to start off

k7n2-delta-2 platnium edition
3200+ xp amd processor
2 gigs of ram pc-3200 no dual channel
windows 32-bit
HIS HD 4670
antec 400 w

here is my problem, my graphics card works just fine when i have aero theme enabled and bubbles as a screen saver, however its laggy when i installed need for speed shift and tried playing it. i however i can play League of Legends just fine, sometime it will say that the graphics card driver has crashed and has recovered, when i go to the amd catylist, it says that there is no ati products and will give me that error
i know that my motherboard is old however it works just fine as im typing this problem, i know that the power supply is of since the HIS HD 4670 need 400 watts and is compatible with the motherboard. im getting "appearantly" ddr3 pc-3200 ram soon, will that help?

Motherboard is old, processor is old, ram is old, power supply is not very big. One issue : Bottlenecking.

For the video card, iv'e had that kind of problems when i was overclocking the video card too much. Look for that in c.c.c.
