Help me buy a graphics card

i want to buy a graphics card for my i3 3220 with a gigabyte h61m ds2 board and 4gb ram
i am light gamer but interested in playing some of the latest games..but its not necessary to play them at very high resolutions or very high frame rates....
my budget is not very high ...which graphics card would you suggest for me...
and if i need to upgrade my ram ???

budget would be around 7 k inr....resolution really doesnt matter to me and i have a mora smps i really dont know but i can easily switch to whattever wattage you want....

If an HD 7770 is a no go then your choices would be an Nvidia GTX 650 or a Radeon HD7750
