Need help with upgrades!

Hello,
i have a dell optiplex 390 with a i3-2100 3.10GHz and a crappy geforce 210 video card i have added 8GB of Corsair XMS3 1333mhz! i have $330 i want to be able to play games like Diablo 3, Minecraft on high setting! i have a 26" hdtv thats 1280x720 and a 20"1600x900 and would like to use one of them to play the game and the other to have Twitch (Game Streaming site) up to stream my game that playing! so im thinking of getting the coolmaster haf 912($50) and the Gigabyte 2GB GTX 650Ti($175) then some psu not sure of what wattage i would need guessing a 550watt would do it!? any thoughts,advice,and help would greatly be appreciated!

If I were you and had to buy upgrades now I would get a 500w+ quality PSU along with an AMD 7850 and the same case. After that you should be fine.
