You need to go to Support.dell.com & Then http://tinyurl.com/c3o8g5s
Enter your service tag n then you can install the respective drivers of your laptop .
If your system came with windows XP only then you can install the drivers for windows XP .
IF your system is newly purchased with windows 7 or Vista then drivers will be only for the respective window .
