Question about parts compatibility 7870

Hey just a question about the parts i am going to buy,
in my pc just now there is
i5 2320 3ghz
P8H61-MX motherboard
gtx 550ti
cool master 500w
8gb ram
i would just like to know if the 7870 from here http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/asus-amd-hd-7870-ghz-edit... is compatible with my pc?
Also iv heard lots on this form about how bad the cool master 500w is so i was also going to buy this psu http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/ocz-zs650w-uk-zs-series-a... and wondering if that will be ok just to replace the cool master and will work with my pc?
Oh and will i need to buy any other cables or anything?

No problem, it will work...
PCIe is backwards compatible... So i PCIe 3.0 card (eg. R7870) will work in a PCIe 2.0 slot...
Since your slot bandwidth is 16x you wont even see any bottlenecking
That OCZ power supply is fine
but if you can find one buy the Corsair TX650
