GTX 670 Power Edition MSI, how long do they last?

So I just bought a MSI GTX 670 Power Edition and was wondering how long do these last for, or the whole GTX 670 itself last for?

Do you mean how long will the be able to play games..as in future proof? Or last as in physically working? As for the first, I would say a few years, but who knows what is on the horizon in development? As for the second, I don't know my crystal ball just broke. Dang it.

What is your resolution? At 1080 P and less on one Monitor should last quite awhile as long as the rest of your system is up to the task. Hard to say with new games though, they are getting more demanding all the time. I have two gtx 660's in SLI which is about the same as 1 GTX 680 and they start to struggle with Crysis 3 Beta.

Yes 1080p, I would of thought they last more than 3 years, also the warranty do I need to register it now or do I only do that when I actually get a fault to replace it

The longer it last, it's likely the lower the in game settings will be, but it's great for right now. Also, I would register it now to get it out of the way in case you do have an issue with it. You can usually do it online and it only takes a few minutes.
