Help I screw up - Lost the Amazing Race

Seems my wife had the Replay set to keep only one program. So when the
Amazing Race aired a second show tonight, we lost last nights. Discovered
this when we just sat down to watch last nights. Ugggg.... Tonight's (Wed)
is just a catch up show.

So does anyone have Tuesday episode of Amazing Race that they can send me.

That happened to me with CSI once. Since then I have all my shows
set to keep at least 2 episodes.
