No network after new belkin router, internet ok

Hello,
Replaced router and I have internet access. But I can not access other computers on my network. All use the same workgroup and password. All have W7. Disabled firewalls and still no access. Can not ping from CMD. What am I Missing?

turn off modem and router

turn on modem and wait until it is done booting

turn on the router

if it still does not work try changing the LAN IP of the router to 192.168.5.1

Thank you.

I forgot that a friend had change the router IP address when I was not able to initially get internet access. Reset IP to 192.168.2.1 and all is working fine.
