Hey guys. What would you recommend me to buy with a 1024x768 monitor. The budget is about 400 dollars. I also need a new PSU probably because the old one is getting really loud and i think if i get a new gpu it would not support it. I live in EU so just leave the model names here. Thanks!

Hmm, well probably a GTX660 would be the limit of what I would recommend for you that or a 7850 2GB model. And you could stick in a power supply with that and land quite a bit under 400.
