NFS MW 2012 Lag

I got Intel core i7 2.2(3.2 in turbo boost)
8gb ram 1600mhz and 2gb video ati radeon 7570m so i get lag in NFSMW 2012 with lowest setting i play it with 40 fps.Is there any fix?I know this game is bad ported so i just ask.I think i should play on the highest settings with this machine

nope that about right. Follow the link, pick just NFSMW 2012, then page search on 7570M
